"Cherries and Wine" marks a deliberate departure from my usual focus on animals, stepping into the world of still life.
This piece was born out of a desire to push my boundaries, particularly in capturing the textures and interplay of fabric, glass, and liquid. It is an exploration of light and shadow, detail and simplicity, while maintaining a sense of warmth and intimacy.
"Cherries and Wine" represents not only a shift in subject matter but also a celebration of growth and experimentation, an ode to the joy of embracing new challenges and finding beauty in the unfamiliar.
