This is one of a number of photographs from my 'Tides or Urban Life' collection which aims to capture sights and scenes where city meets sea. The collection consists of black and white photographs taken in Vancouver, Canada. This image is a portrait of a seagull standing on a wet brick road. Due to the seagull facing the camera head-on, the seagull seems upset.
